Service Description

$100 consultation fee applied to purchase of treatment program. Medical weight loss appointment for treatment with compounded Semaglutide or Tirzepatide. During appointment we will gather medical history to determine if treatment with these medications is right for you. We will obtain labs during this appointment and if determined safe, medication will be sent to you for at home injections. Option available for weekly injections at The Body Shop if you choose.
